Jill K. (Katie) Yaranon is living the dream on her horse ranch in Cool, Calif. She is president of the local horse club, Divide Horsemen’s Association, which advocates for equestrian trails in the communities of Cool, Georgetown, Pilot Hill and surrounding hamlets.
