With the advent of blue light-emitting LEDs, illuminated screens on devices and an increase in late-night working hours, people today are exposed to more artificial blue light than ever before. Recent findings from the Vision Council have shown that nearly 70 percent of U.S. adults aged 18-34 experience eye strain due to the increased use of electronic devices.
