Jobe Sports Launches Summer Job of a Lifetime Contest
Pasadena, CA (PRWEB) June 06, 2016 -- Today, Jobe Watersports launched its Summer Job of a Lifetime Contest, which will send two winners on a stand up paddleboarding (SUP) road trip around the Western United States this summer.
“Jobe’s mission is to get as many people on the water as possible,” said Maud Broekmeulen, marketing manager for Jobe Watersports. “We’re looking for two brand ambassadors to help us do exactly that.”
The contest winners will be handed the keys to an RV packed with Jobe SUP equipment, and spend a month paddling some of the most beautiful water in the United States, hosting demo events along the way.
“Even though SUP has exploded in popularity in the last few years, there are still way too many people who haven’t had a chance to try it,” said Maud. “This contest and our ‘SUP to the People’ tour are helping to fix that problem.”
Contestants can apply online at https://www.jobesports.com/jobe-sup/sup-to-the-people/ from now until 8:00 PM PST on June 17. Applicants can apply on their own, or as a duo. The winners will receive a $2,500 stipend, a wide selection of Jobe gear and other perks.
During their four-week summer road trip, the winners will pilot the RV through Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, California, Colorado and Utah. They’ll host demo events with the help of paddling clubs and Jobe dealers, stop at beautiful lakes and streams for paddling adventures and document their experiences live on social media.
“We’re looking for brand ambassadors who are excited to go on the road trip of a lifetime, and stoked to bring SUP to more people than ever before,” said Maud.
