In announcing this promotion, Don Firth the co-founder, co-owner and CEO of JobsInLogistics.com Inc. stated, "Amy has been with our company for 13 years and has risen from National Account Executive to her current position as the Senior Vice President of Business Development. Her knowledge and experience within the field of Internet sales and the recruitment advertising industry, combined with her management style and client relationship skills, has been an integral factor in the continued profitable growth of JobsInLogistics.com, Inc. Amy Noah joined JobsInLogistics.com in 2003, bringing with her a broad and versatile sales and recruitment background derived from ten plus years within a corporate environment. Although sales and business development are always her first priority, at an early stage in her career, she fully understood the need to expand her business discipline to include the areas of corporate human resources and recruitment (both face-to-face and Internet based).
Additionally, with a specialization in the startup of industry specific recruitment teams, along with permanent placement of candidates on a national level for a wide spectrum of employment sectors, her background was a strong match for our needs. Amy's educational and professional pursuits include studies in business development from Erie Community College in Buffalo, NY. She is also an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management and a member of the Association of Talent Acquisition Solutions.
During her tenure with JobsInLogistics.com, Inc., her level of responsibilities have progressed steadily, due mainly to her outstanding dedication, motivation and constant strive to always excel. Her initial position was that of a National Accounts Executive, a platform where she quickly proved that with her background and experience level, there was so much more she could offer our organization. After only a year in the sales role, she was promoted to Director of Sales (2005), with a subsequent promotion to VP of Sales the following year (2006), and again to Sr. VP of Sales (2013). Her performance consistently exceeds our expectations; creating, managing and growing our sales operation to its current level, with her sights continually fixed on further growth and expansion. Her ability to hire and train the most qualified candidates, motivate and assist her sales team to secure sales opportunities, while consistently aiding the overall growth of the company, makes her an invaluable asset to our organization.
