Joe Cotugno Appointed Managing Director of Ayuda GmbH
(PRWEB) September 09, 2015 -- Ayuda Media Systems (“Ayuda”), an out-of-home ad tech company announced today that Joe Cotugno, one of the founding members of Ayuda’s management team 12 years ago, and currently Senior Vice-President of Global Client Services, has been appointed Managing Director of Ayuda’s newest international division in Germany.
Following this summer’s signing of Ströer SE, Germany’s largest out-of-home advertising company, Ayuda has created a wholly-owned German division based in Berlin, with additional offices in Munich & Cologne. As part of a larger corporate re-org, Joe Cotugno has been appointed Managing Director of Ayuda GmbH, and will oversee all operations. “The primary objective of Ayuda GmbH will be to service and support our partner, Ströer SE, throughout multiple software implementations,” explains Cotugno from his new home in Munich, Germany. “As part of our efforts to support Ströer, we’ll be hiring a significant team in Germany, including developers, QA, and project managers. I plan to fuse Ayuda’s unique Silicon Valley corporate culture with local German influences to create an astounding team capable of efficiently managing and executing on all projects fronts.”
For the last 8 years, Cotugno has been Vice-President of Global Client Services at Ayuda, concentrating on delivering exceptional service to existing and new clients. His experience working with international clients from all over the world, has uniquely positioned him to take over the reigns of Ayuda GmbH. His new position as MD will see him move his entire family across the Atlantic to set up base in Munich, Germany.
