John Addison, Former Primerica Co-CEO, Joins LegalShield Board of Directors
ADA, Okla., (PRWEB) October 26, 2015 -- John Addison, former co-CEO of Primerica, has joined the LegalShield board of directors, LegalShield CEO Jeff Bell, announced today. Addison, along with co-CEO Rick Williams, led Primerica from 1999 to 2015 and together created one of the most successful IPOs of the decade.

During Addison’s 33-year tenure with Primerica, his passion and talent allowed him to lead, grow and motivate the largest financial sales force in North America. He currently serves as the non-executive chairman of Primerica Distribution, a role that began April 2015. He has been a director of Primerica, Inc. since October 2009.
