JSCAPE Announces Updates and Expansions to Java Development Libraries
Miami, FL (PRWEB) January 27, 2015 -- JSCAPE, a network solutions and file management and transfer company, recently made a series of updates and expansions to its collection of Java software development libraries.
Bob Goodrich, VP of Sales and Marketing, says JSCAPE's updated Java development libraries include its Secure FTP Factory (9.2), Secure iNet Factory (9.3) and SSH Factory (4.3) libraries. The updates primarily focus on security and performance improvements.
"We have added pipelining support to SFTP protocol for increased capabilities for file transfer throughout, added support for the HMAC-SHA2 algorithm and expanded the Diffie-Hellman key exchange algorithms to support SHA256," Goodrich says. "In addition, the threading model for these libraries has been updated for improved performance. All of these updates are especially important for customers subject to regulatory requirements for file transfer, such as HIPAA and PCI."
Goodrich says JSCAPE regularly updates its file transfer network solutions products on a bi-monthly basis in order to stay up-to-date with changing technology and provide the best solutions to customers that transfer data on a large scale.
"JSCAPE wants customers to be able to seamlessly transfer important documents and files without any issues," he says.
Van Glass, Product Manager for JSCAPE, says the update will hold huge benefits for its file transfer services customers, which include major corporations like Bank of America, HSBC, Harvard Medical School, JCPenney, Whole Foods, Boeing and other companies from around the world.
"Our software development libraries are used in thousands of mission critical applications on a daily basis," Glass says. "The most recent update to the JSCAPE libraries ensures that our customers can continue to depend on JSCAPE meeting the latest encryption requirements while providing the highest level of performance and reliability."
