Julia M. Greenberg Elected to Partner at Lamson & Cutner, P.C.
New York, NY (PRWEB) December 19, 2013 -- Premier New York City Elder Law firm, Lamson & Cutner, P.C. announced that, effective January 1, 2014, Julia M. Greenberg will be a partner in the firm.
Lamson & Cutner’s practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of seniors and disabled persons, focusing primarily on their health and long-term care needs and on their estate plans. The firm is well-known for its outstanding results, the clarity of its explanations, its compassion for the vulnerable, and its attentive personal service.

Julia was recognized in 2013 by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star, reflecting a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. She earned her law degree at New York Law School, focusing her studies and volunteering in the area of public interest law. While at law school, Julia worked with the Justice Action Center and volunteered as a Family Court Advocate. She received the Charles Revson Law Student Public Interest Fellowship Grant, which enabled her to provide free legal services to the indigent. Julia graduated from the University of Vermont where she earned a B.A. degree in Women's Studies and Sociology.
In addition to serving Lamson & Cutner’s clients, Julia regularly speaks at nursing homes, hospitals, and senior centers, to educate health care professionals as well as the elderly and their families on Medicaid planning, asset protection, and advance directives. Julia is a member of the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
As a partner at Lamson & Cutner, Julia will help lead a strong and dedicated team of Elder Law attorneys and paralegals.
