JumpSport Outlines Extended Guarantee Program
San Jose, Calif. (PRWEB) December 10, 2015 -- With a strong commitment to safety in mind, JumpSport is pleased to announce details relating to their “Fail-Safe” extended guarantee program for their trampolines.
The Fail-Safe Guarantee acts as a free, extended protection to the investment of a trampoline system. In order to qualify for the program, users must register their complete JumpSport Trampoline System within one year of purchase through an online form. That form can be found at http://www.jumpsport.com/fail-safe-guarantee.
The Fail Safe Guarantee extends the standard JumpSport warranty as follows:
• JumpSport Classic Trampoline Systems – 5 years
• JumpSport Elite Trampoline Systems – 7 years
• AlleyOOP Sports Trampoline Systems – 10 years
Enrollment in the program covers the enclosure net as well as the jumping pad and also entitles members to 20% off of all parts, excluding shipping.
Continued participation in the program relies on the user’s diligence to perform at least an annual inspection and perform maintenance (whether covered by warranty or not) on the following items:
• Straps
• Bungees
• Connectors
• Ball End Caps
• Frame Pad
• Springs
• Frame Pieces
Customers who choose not to register for the Fail-Safe Guarantee are still covered under the JumpSport standard warranty.
