Jupiter, Florida (PRWEB) June 29, 2015 -- The Jupiter Tequesta Association Of Realtors has successfully provided events and classes to their local realtors and is working on many more for the second half of the year. Attendance was great and the interest level is very high. The goal is to provide tools and information needed to be successful in global real estate marketing, transactions and stay out of trouble.Additionally a bit fun and networking makes it all easier.
End of 2014: Spanish course for Realtors
This was a great success. It was held at the large class room at the JTHS Association Of Realtors. Over 40 people signed up. It was held one evening per week for 8 weeks. The material was specific for realtors.
February 12th, 2015: Expert Canadian Panel
We had 37 attendees. The experts on the panel were:

Darren Connor - Currency Exchange Specialist at Moneycorp
Anne Desormier - Cartwright, Esq - Landlord/Tenant Attorney
Marianne Rahm, Esq - Immigration Attorney
Pam Van Woerkom - International Title Specialist
It was very appreciated by the attendees and everyone got their questions answered. Refreshments and snacks were provided by a business member of the association.
May 7th: Foreign Investor Property Management
Another success. It provided information on what to do and what to avoid when doing business with international property owners. The class was held by Anne Desormier - Cartwright, Esq.
June 18th: Global Beginners Course
This event was a Working Luncheon at the Abacoa Golf & Country Club together with WCR. Tony Macaluso, an internationally known acclaimed teacher presented the important information on how to get started on global business.
June 23rd: Global Marketing Round Table
Anton Seiss, Chairman of the Global Business Committee held a round table at Oceana Cafe in Tequesta. A morning event (Marketing with Java) Oceana serves international coffees from all over the world. This was the first round table. We had eight local realtors that really liked it and asked to do it again. It is now on the schedule on every last Tuesday of the month. It also helps Anton Seiss to find out what the realtors need on information and tools to be effective in global business.
