JX Enterprises Adds Location to Further Support Southern Michigan Customers
Hartland, Wisconsin (PRWEB) July 11, 2016 -- JX Peterbilt - Kalamazoo is the 19th location to join the growing network of JX Enterprises.
To commemorate the new business, JX Peterbilt is holding a grand opening celebration scheduled for Wednesday, July 13. The official program and ribbon cutting ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. Lunch will be served from the JX Chuck Wagon, the company’s traveling food truck.
Eric Jorgensen, president and CEO of JX Enterprises, will speak at the event along with JX Peterbilt - Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo General Manager, Larry Raspor.
Raspor is leading the team in Kalamazoo and has been working hard to get the word out about all the services customers can expect from the new location. When asked what excites Raspor the most about the area and the new shop, Raspor said it is the vast service potential for customers.
“Kalamazoo is a smaller market with a very large potential. We can now better serve our customers in the area and in a shorter time frame,” says Raspor.
The shop is the second JX location in Michigan and is located south of the Interstate 94 Business Loop in Kalamazoo. JX Peterbilt - Kalamazoo is a satellite shop of JX Peterbilt - Grand Rapids. The new location opened its doors for the first time at the beginning of June and services all makes and models of medium- and heavy-duty trucks from six service bays. The shop is connected to a network of 18 other JX parts stores across the Midwest, giving Kalamazoo customers rapid access to an expansive parts inventory.
“A parts and service shop was a real need in the community,” says Raspor. “During the beginning stages of opening the store, customers kept asking us ‘When are you going to be here?’ Customers are excited, and so far, word that we are here seems to be spreading quickly.”
All are invited to attend the grand opening ceremony on Wednesday to help welcome the new family-owned business into the community. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and network with JX executives, local politicians, and community members. The shop also plans to showcase three customized customer Peterbilt work trucks during the event.
