K. Hovnanian® Homes® of Southern California Acquires 41 Single Family Homesites in Winchester, California
(PRWEB) January 10, 2014 -- K. Hovnanian® Homes® of Southern California announced today that the national home builder has acquired 41 single family homesites in Winchester, Riverside County, CA.
The builder purchased 41 preliminary platted, single family homesites with an average size of 75’ x 125’, and plans to offer single level and two-story home designs ranging from approximately 3,132 square feet to approximately 4,026 square feet.
The property will be marketed as Vineyard Heights, and is located at the intersection of Pourroy Road and Yates Road in Winchester. Construction is scheduled to begin on the community’s two model homes in early Fall 2014 with a Grand Opening in late Fall 2014. Sales pricing is to be determined.
