Kane Is Able, Inc. Names Brian Lawson as Director of Customer Solutions for Southeast
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) October 31, 2013 -- Third-party logistics provider Kane Is Able, Inc. (KANE) has named Brian Lawson as the new Director of Customer Solutions in the southeast region with responsibility for transportation sales throughout the United States, as well as growing KANE’s distribution services in the Atlanta metro market. He will report to Gary Griffith, Senior VP of Business Development and Marketing.
Lawson has over 13 years experience in sales including six years with Jacobson Companies and a year at Evans Transportation Services. He attended Dekalb College in Chamblee, Georgia, where he studied business.
Lawson is working closely with the KANE operations team during the recent expansion into a new 426,000 square-foot distribution center at 1780 Westgate Parkway in Atlanta, Georgia. The new building is a food-grade facility and AIB certified. The move allows KANE to enhance its services to its current client base and to offer warehousing, distribution, contract packaging, deconsolidation, consolidation, and transportation services to the metro Atlanta market.
According to KANE President and CEO Pete Westermann, “As our national footprint continues to expand, we welcome the addition of top flight associates like Brian (Lawson) to our team.”
