Kane Russell Coleman and Logan PC Promote Aaron Speer and Brian Stork to Directors of the Firm
(PRWEB) January 30, 2015 -- Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC (KRCL) is pleased to announce that Aaron Speer and Brian Stork have been named Directors of the Firm.
Aaron started at KRCL in January of 2007 as an associate attorney. After eight years representing businesses facing high exposure and catastrophic losses, he has been promoted to Director at the firm. He has experience defending both self-insured and insured companies in a variety of tort based matters, including trucking and transportation accidents, premises liability claims and Dram Shop actions.
Aaron has a diverse educational and professional background with international experience. He is fluent in Spanish and has studied in Italy and Mexico, as well as worked in Puerto Rico, Guatemala and Monterrey, Mexico. Aaron began his professional career in sales with IBM before obtaining his law degree and a Masters in Business Administration.
Brian began his legal career at KRCL in September of 2006 as an associate attorney. He handles commercial litigation matters on behalf of start-ups and entrepreneurs, as well as medium and large businesses, including contractual disputes, banking litigation, franchise litigation, business torts, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, injunctive relief and post-judgment collection actions. In addition to handling general commercial litigation matters, Brian also has experience defending employers in labor and employment disputes involving claims for sexual harassment, discrimination (age, race, gender, religion and national origin), retaliation, wage and hour claims and the application, analysis and enforcement of severance and non-compete agreements.
