Kardio-Xercise™ Partners with 2014 Female Hooper of the Year Rachael Lust To Bring Hula Hoop Workshop to Chicago

Hula hooping or “hooping” has been gaining popularity over the past several years as a fun and effective full-body workout. In fact, a research study from the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse determined that hooping burns an average of 210 calories during a 30-minute hooping workout, comparable with results attained during a boot camp, step aerobics or cardio kickboxing session.
