SmartDiagnostics® Machine Condition Monitoring software is accessible from any system with a browser, with dashboards for easy access and enhanced ability to display the state of machinery graphically. The updated software enables users to quickly scan through the status of many machines to identify potential issues that need to be examined in more detail. Users can set thresholds that trigger warnings and alarms to notify technicians when there’s an issue. Just like the hardware, the software infrastructure is easily scalable—the software can operate on a small single-user computer or a large multi-user, multi-site enterprise system. Each user can access the account via a personal profile, with permissions that allow users to see only what’s applicable to them. Those customers who do not wish to install and manage the software themselves can use KCF’s SmartDiagnostics® subscription-based cloud service.

Sentry Service™ is a comprehensive predictive monitoring service in which KCF vibration experts guide customers through the installation, setup and configuration of the system, provide detailed analysis in the beginning months of operation, and then continue monitoring throughout the term of the agreement.
