Keller Williams’ Joseph Onello Helps Prepare Military Personnel for a Career in Real Estate
Temecula, CA (PRWEB) September 22, 2015 -- Former rookie of the year and current top producer at Keller Williams Joseph Onello recently set up a booth at the Camp Pendleton career fair in an effort to give back, by mentoring military personnel who want to pursue a career in real estate. The event, which took place on September 17, is the second one in which Joseph participated.
“As a former Marine, serving for eight years, I feel it is my duty to help my fellow military brothers and sisters with an easy transition once they are out so they can hit the ground running,” said Joseph. “As a Realtor, I also feel it is my duty to find our military personnel houses.”
In fact, Joseph is a Certified Military Relocation Expert and specializes in working with veteran buyers. Joseph handles military relocations on a referral basis and mostly focuses on those in the military.
In addition to real estate, Joseph donates to the Wounded Warrior Project, a charity and veterans service organization that offers a variety of programs, service and events for wounded veterans of the military actions following the events of September 11, 2001. He also volunteers with Wounded Warrior Homes, a charitable non-profit organization providing transitional housing to single post-9/11 combat veterans with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS).
“These heroes sacrificed a lot for our country and this is just my small way of giving back,” said Joseph. “In light of the recent anniversary of 9/11, I would also encourage others to do whatever they can to aid these brave soldiers who gave so much and to always remember.”
