Keller Williams San Francisco announces grand opening celebration of its California Street office
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) October 17, 2017 -- Keller Williams San Francisco, one of the city’s fastest growing real estate brokerages, has announced the Nov. 3 grand opening of its state-of-the-art California Street office. After several months of renovation, the historic building, located on California Street between Polk and Van Ness, is ready for its official unveiling. To mark the grand opening of the franchise’s newest San Francisco office, the company will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, Nov. 3, followed by a celebration featuring a cocktail reception, gourmet food, open bar with special guest bartenders, a DJ, and dancing.
As the San Francisco branch of Keller Williams Realty International continues to grow, nearly doubling its number of producing agents over the last 12 months, the new office is one of three locations in San Francisco. With the addition of new and seasoned agents, the brokerage expects to see continued rapid growth as they build Mega Agent teams as well as Luxury, Commercial, and Leasing divisions, while offering new agent licensing through their partnership with CA Realty Training.
The 5,000 square foot California Street office will serve as the company’s main business center and training facility. The building will host 16 private offices, three conference rooms, a 1,000 square foot training room, two kitchenettes, and open areas for drop-in workspaces.
“We couldn’t be more excited to launch this amazing work environment for our agents,” says Wendy Davis, Team Leader of Keller Williams San Francisco. “The details we’ve included into the office design reflect our agent-centric model--a state-of-the-art facility with collaborative workspaces, a training room, and a high-traffic storefront along iconic California Street--all give our agents a world-class incubator for growing themselves and their businesses.”
“The real estate industry has really been changing over the last decade with the implementation of technology systems, making it difficult for the traditional brokerage model to compete in today’s arena” says Owner and Operating Principal, Rick Cunningham. “Keller Williams Realty International has pledged to invest $1 billion in technology platforms to support our agents and clients alike. We plan to use these platforms to educate agents while providing tools and resources to help their clients in this evolving market. The opening of this office and our overall growing presence in the tech hub of San Francisco is a big step in the right direction for us and we’re excited about our future in the city.”
As Keller Williams continues to be the fastest growing real estate company globally, the opening of Keller Williams San Francisco’s new office marks its expansion in one of the hottest real estate markets in the country.
