Kelly Ireland invests in Greenqloud and joins the Board of Directors
Reykjavik, Iceland (PRWEB) August 12, 2016 -- Greenqloud, a software company focused on developing advanced on-premise IaaS cloud software, and CB Technologies Founder and CEO, Kelly Ireland, announced today that Kelly Ireland made a private investment of $4 million in Greenqloud. With this investment, she also joins the Greenqloud Board of Directors.
Greenqloud has made great progress since pivoting the company from an IaaS company to a pure software company, focusing on Qstack, its on-premise IaaS and infrastructure management software. Since Qstack entered the market in 2014, global leading companies in Finance, Gaming, Healthcare, IT Services and Biotech have adopted Qstack to simplify IT delivery and increase productivity of their IT and development operations. On Greenqloud’s Board of Directors sit Gudmundur Ingi Jonsson (Chairman); Kelly Ireland; Birgir Mar Ragnarsson; Thorlakur Traustason; and Egill Masson. As of today, Greenqloud’s main investors are Kelly Ireland; Keel Invest, Inc; New Venture Fund of Iceland; and Novator, along with smaller private investors, founders and employees.
