Kelly Registration Systems Helps Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry to Streamline Inspections & Licensing
COVINGTON, GA (PRWEB) January 21, 2016 -- Kelly Registration Systems (KRS), a leading provider of essential information and automation solutions to the agribusiness industry, today announced that the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry (ODA) selected two of its administrative management solutions to modernize inspections and licensing.
ODA will leverage Kelly State Inspection and Investigation System (KSIIS) to automate its inspections and enforcement efforts. ODA manages licensing for 117 programs, 31 of which are inspections programs. In one program alone inspectors perform about 1,000 inspections annually.
Through the Kelly State Administrative Management System for businesses, dealers and individuals (KSAMS-bdi), the department will have a single departmental solution for licensing and payment processing, making this formerly paper-based process more cost effective and efficient.
Oklahoma inspectors are able to access registrant and licensee data in real time in the field and to manage regulatory licensing functions.
Since 2001, ODA has used KRS for online registrations and renewals of pesticide products.
