Kelsey Baird Joins Law Offices of Hull & Chandler, P.A.
Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) September 26, 2013 -- It was announced by Hull & Chandler, P.A. that Kelsey Baird joined the firm in 2013 as an Associate Attorney. Ms. Baird will focus on business law, estate matters and civil litigation.
Ms. Baird moved to North Carolina in 2010 from her home in Cresson, P.A. She received a Bachelor of Art degree in Communication and Rhetoric with a Minor in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She was a member of the Delta Zeta sorority, serving as the Academic and Social Chair.
Ms. Baird earned a Juris doctorate in May 2013 from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, N.C. During her time at Wake Forest University, she participated in the following organizations: Trial Bar, Reclaiming Futures Mentor Program, American Bar Association, Sport and Entertainment Law Society, Women in Law Organization
In June through August 2011, she served an internship with the Cambria County, P.A. District Attorney. Ms. Baird served at Hull & Chandler, P.A. from June through August 2012. In May and June 2012 she was a third-year student practitioner at the Forsyth County, N.C. Public Defender’s office.
Ms. Baird has applied for admission to practice before the North Carolina State Bar. She has also served as an adjunct professor in business law courses at Forsyth Technical Community College in Winston-Salem, N.C. Ms. Baird enjoys painting, reading, running, cooking and playing golf during her spare time.
