Kelso & Company and Estancia Capital Management Complete Acquisition of American Beacon Advisors

(“American Beacon”), a leading provider of investment advisory services to institutional and retail markets, announced today the completion of its acquisition by investment funds affiliated with Kelso & Company and Estancia Capital Management, two prominent private equity firms. Terms of the agreement were not otherwise disclosed.
