Ken Brownlee Real Estate Team Expands to Better Serve East Tampa Area
Tampa, FL (PRWEB) September 14, 2017 -- The Ken Brownlee Real Estate Team recently added two real estate specialists to its roster and expanded job duties for a slew of current employees. “The expansion is because the current team was at capacity for serving new customers. No one wants to be on a waiting list to buy or sell their home and will go elsewhere,” said Ken Brownlee, founder of the Ken Brownlee Real Estate Team. “By expanding the team we can cover more client needs as well as extend our specialty areas, including specific locations, new construction and property management.”
New team members include Byron True, buyer’s specialist, and Kineta Nash, inside sales rep. “With 19+ years of customer service experience, I pride myself on excellence in this area of expertise,” noted Nash. “From cosmetics sales to restaurant serving and finally entering the real estate industry in 2003, customer service has always been a big part of my life and career, and has made me an expert at handling the needs of others.”
Added True, a veteran who specializes in veteran relocation, “I believe when serving the needs of my clients they should be treated with the same diligence I would show my own family members. I also believe in always showing courtesy, professionalism and respect to all clients regardless of price or circumstance.”
Existing Ken Brownlee Real Estate Team members who have moved positions or changed titles include Joe Wright, who moved from listing specialist to office operations manager; Rachael DiCioccio, who moved from her part-time position of inside sales rep into a full-time position in the office in transaction management and client care; Jorie Wilson-Thiel, who moved from her position in the office to a full-time renter/buyer’s specialist; Tammie Sidwell, who has taken on the property management duties, in addition to being a buyer’s specialist; Andy Geyer, who is now a listing specialist as well as a buyer’s specialist; and Kim Beasley, who is now the office administrator and compliance specialist.
Other team members include Heather Gentner and Ann Stuck as buyer’s specialists, and Ken Brownlee as team leader. “I am grateful to my team and all our hard work as we continue to expand,” concluded Brownlee. “With the ability to reach more customers, and buy and sell more houses, the team is well on its way to placing in the top 100 teams in the nation.”
