Ken Gorin, CEO of The Collection, at the 2013 Miami Heat Championship Parade
Miami, FL (PRWEB) August 06, 2013 -- The 2013 NBA Championship Series may have been one for the books until the clock hit 00:00:00 of game seven, but Ken Gorin never lost faith in the Miami Heat. That’s why it was an honor when the ultimate Heat fan was asked to return to the American Airlines Arena for the 2013 Championship parade to help the Miami Heat celebrate their second win in a row with the big three.
Ken Gorin rallied up a fleet of The Collection’s finest white cars and brought them down to the triple A to, once again, celebrate in style. Ken thoughtfully pulled together four Jaguars (including three F-TYPES), three Maseratis, three Porsches, two Ferraris, a McLaren, an Audi, and an Aston Martin. But what’s a fleet of exotic beauties without a little fun? That’s why he knew he had to bring back the infamous white pick-up trucks to once again blast the crowd with confetti and turn up the heat with some serious horn-honking. Ken was even joined by some local celebrities such as DJ Irie, The Miami Heat dancers, and the Heat’s very own good luck charm Julia Dale. But what’s a championship parade without fans? That’s where the entire city of Miami stepped in. It may have been a Monday morning, but that didn’t stop almost half a million Heat FAN-atics from joining The Collection’s brand ambassador, spokesperson, and billboard honoree, Dwyane Wade, and the rest of the team for a celebration, and a seriously good time.
