Chandler will be responsible for managing the homeowners association operations of some of Southern California’s biggest new development projects.
“Jaime brings a wealth of experience in providing operational excellence to our developer clients,” say Keystone Pacific Property Management CEO Cary Treff. “In addition, Jaime has the ability to take a developer’s vision and bring it to life through onsite staffing solutions, recreational programming and community events that provide a lasting sense of community.”
Chandler steps into the role with over 10 years of experience in managing homeowners association operations in new development projects with Southern California’s top builders and developers such as The Irvine Company, Shea Homes, The New Home Company, Richmond American, Standard Pacific, and DR Horton. Her focus has been on managing the complicated elements of the homeowners association during the development process and transitioning developer controlled associations to the homeowners. In addition, she has significant experience helping developers plan and implement amenities and programming that enhance a development’s sense of community.
Chandler graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California of Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Administrative Studies.
