Kicking Coach Matt Nelson of Matt Nelson Kicking Academy (MNKA) Joins the National Camp Series (NCS) as a Coaching Associate
Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) October 25, 2013 -- Free agent kicker and kicking coach Matt Nelson of Matt Nelson Kicking Academy (MNKA) joins the National Camp Series(NCS) as a coaching Associate according to NCS founder Michael Husted.
"The NCS will benefit from having Matt Nelson and Matt Nelson Kicking Academy joining our network,” says Husted. “Matt Nelson had a successful four year career at Louisiana Tech. He follows in a solid line of kickers from that school that have gone on to kick in the NFL. With Matt Nelson Kicking Academy located in Louisiana, a much needed void for a quality kicking coach has been filled in that region.”

Kicking coach Husted says with Nelson currently training for the NFL, it brings an important perspective to those kickers being trained at an NCS event. Husted says Nelson will be joining over 20 other kicking coaches from around the country that make up the NCS coaching network.
“With Matt still training for an opportunity to kick in the NFL, local kickers and punters will have a great opportunity to train with and get coached at a high level,” says Husted. “Having had the opportunity to coach and train Matt this past year as he was coming out of college, I am one hundred percent confident in his coaching philosophy and attitude. This will only create success for anyone who gets a chance to train with Matt Nelson Kicking Academy."
Nelson says he is looking forward to using the NCS platform to help train young kicking specialists.

The National Camp Series (NCS) is a nationwide network of expert kicking coaches with NFL and College level playing experience. Our goal is to provide effective instruction on the field and guidance off of the field that will allow student-athletes the ability to leverage their sport to get a college education.
