Kim Ellet Appointed President of BNI Smyrna Business Exchange
Smyrna, GA (PRWEB) September 29, 2016 -- Business and Sales Coach Kim Ellet has been appointed president of the BNI Smyrna Business Exchange, which has been ranked as the top BNI chapter in the region for the past 28 months. Ellet is the owner of The Growth Coach of Metro Atlanta and an experienced business owner and coach.
“I visited a number of local BNI chapters over the years, but I wasn’t sure they were for me. When I found this group though, the time was right and the people were right – it just felt like a great fit. The BNI Smyrna Business Exchange is a chapter of BNI Georgia and North Carolina. The mission of BNI is to help members increase their business through a structured, positive, and professional word-of-mouth program that enables them to develop long-term, meaningful relationships with quality business professionals. Ellet has an extensive background in sales and marketing, public relations and advocacy, spanning small businesses, start-ups, non-profits and franchises. She graduated with a BA in Communications from the University of Georgia and earned the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching. As a nearly life-long resident of Cobb County, she’s also a proud member of Cobb Chamber of Commerce, Cobb Executive Women, Cobb Chamber Ambassadors and CEO Roundtable.
“I started my career more than 25 years ago in the hospitality industry, was a co-owner of several small businesses and worked in non-profits as well.
