Kimberly Clark of RE/MAX Named Realtor of the Year
Fishers, IN (PRWEB) January 07, 2016 -- “To be nominated you have to have ethics for the profession and an exceptionally high involvement with the community, such as non-profit organizations, and board involvement,” said Clark, a former chairperson of the Hamilton County Metropolitan Board of Realtors. “I am deeply honored to have been nominated and to have won this prestigious award.”
As chairperson, Clark was instrumental in increasing the attendance of the division meetings by 20%, and securing a new facility, “The Forum,” for meetings. She was also the first to add outside continuing education within the division. Typically each meeting consists of over 100 agents in attendance.
As for altruism, Clark was responsible for bringing in the “Third Phase” women’s shelter and food pantry in Noblesville, IN, for the nonprofit division of Hamco, which sponsors several events to raise money for the facility. In fact, Clark and her committee spearheaded a garage sale for Third Phase that netted over $1,100 for their pantry. Clark, a Certified Military Residential Specialist whose son is a Marine, also volunteers for special events and facilitates with Operation Gratitude, which assists with military care packages that are sent to soldiers in the field.
Clark, who is consistently ranked among the top ten agents for RE/MAX Ability Plus, has been in the real estate industry for the past twelve years, eleven of which at RE/MAX where she has been recognized each year for her sales prowess. She is also a RE/MAX Hall of Fame recipient and was named a “Five Star Agent” by Indianapolis Monthly in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, an accolade that is given to only the top 7% of Realtors in the state. She resides in the Geist area and works out of the Fishers office.
