Louisville, KY (PRWEB) October 31, 2013 -- Kinetic theTechnologyAgency announced today that it has hired 20 employees this month to continue to deliver its cutting edge software and services that allow for efficient and cost-effective management of large international translations projects.
Kinetic’s new hires can be found across all tiers of the company’s structure. Ronald Hess, CPA, CMA was named the new Chief Financial Officer, bringing 25 years of senior-level financial and managerial experience to Kinetic.

Additionally, Andrew Aikens, B.A. has been named the company’s Global Marketing Specialist. Andrew brings an abundance of Marketing and Public Relations expertise to Kinetic, with communications experience in market research, creative writing, social media management, and website content management.

Kinetic has also extended its team by adding an additional 18 team members to the Document Management team. Document Specialists play a critical role in preparing documents for the international translation and localization process.
Kinetic has grown its workforce from 18 to 85 over the past 3 years by adding new clients and expanding to new divisions of current clients. Overall revenue rose 62% in 2012, and international sales, which made up for less than 2% of overall revenue in 2011, constituted over 13% of overall revenue in 2012. New hires are expected to continue over the next several months.
