Kitchen Gadget Invented for Ripening Pineapples Evenly - Designed by InventHelp Client (NJD-1313)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) December 22, 2016 -- The popularity of pineapple with fruit lovers undoubtedly depends on how sweet it is. Since it’s difficult to facilitate even ripening of the entire fruit, only part of it usually receives the optimum amount of sugar. An inventor from Irvington, N.J., however, discovered an easy method of facilitating a consistently sweet taste in all areas of the pineapple.
He developed a prototype for the patent-pending SWEET PINEAPPLE HOLDER to help pineapples ripen evenly. As such, it is designed to distribute the sugar evenly throughout the fruit so the top and bottom areas are not wasted because they are either too ripe or not ripe enough. Not only is it cost efficient, it is also easy to install and use. Besides its usefulness, this invention makes an attractive wall decoration whether or not it is holding a pineapple. Other appealing features are its convenience, effectiveness and affordable price. In addition, its simple design minimizes production costs.
The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “I remembered some advice I had heard on the radio years ago that in order for pineapples to ripen properly, they should be stored upside down. So I decided to find an easy way to keep them in that position,” he said.
The original design was submitted to the New Jersey office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
