Knight Security Systems Inks Patent on a “Security-Focused Monitoring System”

The patent, published by the United States Patent Office under patent number 9,380,029, lays the groundwork for new health monitoring methodology developed in-house by Knight Security Systems. These patented methods monitor the health of network-based systems, as well as validating new security techniques pertaining to isolated networks. The patent also covers a method focused on auto-remediation of system alerts, allowing the Knight Sentry platform to attempt to address possible system errors without the need for human intervention.
The United States Patent Office has validated 16 claims on the submitted patent related to functionalities embedded within the Knight Sentry Platform. While Knight Security Systems owns the patent, Adam Melton, Software Development & IT Security Manager at Knight Security Systems, is the named applicant.
