Kount Appoints Tricia Phillips as Senior Vice President of Product & Strategy

Phillips brings extensive industry experience, having worked in executive roles in product strategy and management, fraud operations, and client services for ecommerce retailers, payment management and fraud prevention service providers, and a major credit card brand. She most recently was a research director at Gartner, where she focused on fraud detection and identity solutions. In her new role, Phillips, reporting directly to CEO Brad Wiskirchen, will be tasked with defining and implementing Kount’s product strategy to ensure that it aligns with the company’s growing customer base.

Phillips’ work across a diverse set of organizations enables insights into fraud prevention and management from various perspectives, ensuring a balanced focus on customer experience, fraud losses, integration and technology costs, as well as operational expenses and efficiencies. She has consulting and hands-on experience with integration and implementation of SaaS-based payment and fraud prevention technologies and services, as well as operational experience training, staffing, and managing fraud teams for ecommerce retailers. Prior to Gartner, Phillips was Vice President, V.me Product Design and Strategy at Visa.
