Krabi Riviera Co., Ltd Adds Two New Properties to its Holiday Villa Portfolio

The Twin Houses are the ultimate in flexible family accommodation. The neighboring properties, within their own compound, can be rented singly or jointly - for two families traveling together, or for an extended family that would benefit from separate living quarters.
As there are relatively few of these smaller, family-oriented properties in the Krabi area, Krabi Riviera’s managing director Pierre-Yves Loriers expects The Twin Houses to be popular. “The current trend is to construct very lavish properties, with huge square footage that sleep very large groups. The other important feature of The Twin Houses is their location. In the heart of Ao Nang, less than 3km to the beach, they are very well placed to take advantage of all the Krabi area has to offer, unlike more remotely situated villas.

Each of the villas has two bedrooms, and three bathrooms, and will sleep the average family of 2 adults and 2 children comfortably, with room for up to 2 more children in extra beds.
The distinctive octagonal shape of each house gives it a unique feel without restricting the useable floor space. The living area downstairs is open plan, with the kitchen and dining area in one half and the lounge area in the other.
The kitchen is compact but well equipped and has both an informal curved breakfast bar, seating 5, and a formal dining table. Full height French windows open onto a large covered verandah and garden.
Upstairs are two fully furnished bedrooms, one double (queen size bed) and one twin (2 single beds), each with en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms contain raised, over-sized tubs with a view and an overhead shower.
Each bedroom connects to a huge wraparound balcony area with lovely mountain views. One of the houses has a free-form swimming pool in front of the verandah.
