Founded in 1989 in Lafayette, La., Krispy Krunchy features Cajun-style chicken always fried in zero trans fat oil. Its menu also includes signature dishes of Cajun tenders, jambalaya, boudin bites (Cajun rice balls), catfish, and honey butter biscuits. It’s pre-marinated chicken and tenders are delivered fresh and twice per week.
