Krono Partners Plc, in Cooperation With Local JV Partner, Announces 10.56% Yield for December Micro Loans Program
London, UK (PRWEB UK) 27 January 2014 -- Krono Partners Plc (“Krono” or “Company”) announces today the generation of a 10.56% yield from the December Micro Loans Program and an average monthly yield of 9.66% since the programs’ inception in September 2013.
The success of the program to date has been in large thanks to a strong influx of new Bondholder capital in the last quarter of 2013, coupled with the Company’s heavily diversified loan allocation strategy.
The Company hopes to build on this consistency in 2014, with a multitude of new, fully collateralised loans, due to be made in the opening quarter of this year along with existing opportunities Krono already has in place.
In the previous Newsletter to Bondholders, Krono MD Ivan Rosenschein, confirmed the successful execution of Krono’s highly anticipated investment into a top tier property company.
We can reveal that the investment was executed on time and the cogs are now in motion for the start of a truly exciting venture, that Krono is proud to be a part of. While the specific details of the investment remain bound by a non-disclosure agreement, the Company anticipates a full press release within the coming months.
Krono’s strategy for the coming quarter is set to remain aggressive. The management team is currently in the final stages of a partnership agreement with Danish Property Company that, if successful, stands to provide Krono access into a full Distressed Asset Portfolio in Denmark.
Furthermore, a consistent cash flow since September has enabled the Company to, just this month, place its first bid into a Distressed Property. Although this bid was rejected, the Company remains optimistic with one bid still pending and a healthy number of new opportunities set to come in February and March.
