KS Styling Team Releases Unpublished and BTS Photos from Summer Trends Shoot
Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) July 31, 2013 -- KS Styling Team has released unpublished images from their summer print and digital shoot for Seek.Me magazine. The team, whose “Summer Solstice” looks were featured in Issue 3, released additional images after receiving numerous requests for more fun and flirty looks.
The images were photographed by Janelle Olsen of JanellePhoto and feature models from Ignite Models Inc., Julie and Tasia, who were dressed in light and carefree looks for the season.
“Working with Janelle is always fun,” said Kimberly Steward, team founder and award-winning image maker and art director. “Her studio is spacious and she puts the models at ease. The finished images captured the coy hues of the Spring/Summer 2013 season.”
Steward’s styling team is a hand-selected grouping of emerging and established beauty professionals who are at the top of their class and poised to climb even higher. The team’s members include hair/makeup artists Bailey and Tashonda Brown, wardrobe stylist Darnell Steele, and makeup and wardrobe assistant Tray Styles.
“The models were great!” said lead hairstylist Bailey. “They were able to move from one look to the other effortlessly and provided inspiration while we were creating their looks.”
The team also released first-hand behind-the-scenes images documenting their process and detailed work that goes into completing a shoot -- from carting racks of clothing and shoe boxes to organizing hair, makeup and accessories.
“There is a considerable amount of preparation that goes into art directing and producing a photo shoot,” said Steward. “My team puts in tons of hours from prep to print. It is so rewarding to be able to see our finished work published in magazines like Seek.Me and even more gratifying to receive requests to see more of our work.”
