Kyriba Appoints Gene Lynes as CFO and Fabrice Lévy as Chief Client Officer

Gene comes to Kyriba with a background of more than 30 years in finance, initially in audit and then in senior leadership roles at high-growth and established software companies. His experience includes Kofax Limited and Ecova, as well as several other technology-focused businesses. As EVP and CFO of Ecova, he helped complete five acquisitions as well as the sale of the company to Cofely USA – a subsidiary of GDF SUEZ – having been instrumental in raising both debt and equity capital.
