La Fogata Features Tequila Olmeca Altos Throughout July
San Antonio, TX (PRWEB) July 25, 2013 -- Throughout the month of July, La Fogata will feature tequila shots made with Tequila Olmeca Altos. They will also have a special entrée featuring a fresh Poblano pepper cooked on the grill and stuffed with shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese.
La Fogata’s featured tequila, Tequila Olmeca Altos, is available in two tastes: Plata and Reposado. The Plata is sweet with a citric taste. It also has a long lasting aftertaste. It has a fruity aroma with herbal notes of cooked Agave. The Reposado also has a sweet and citric taste, but also has vanilla and woody flavors. It is aged for six to eight months in 200 liter white American oak ex-Bourbon casks.
La Fogata will also be featuring a special entrée throughout July. The entrée features a nice combination of a fresh Poblano pepper grilled and stuffed with shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese. The entrée also includes white rice, borracho beans and two bacon-wrapped jumbo shrimp with cheese inside. A small cup of creamy chipotle sauce comes on the side.
Enjoy the summer fun while it lasts by dining on La Forgata’s outdoor patio or have a drink with friends at their outdoor bar. For more information or updates on upcoming events and specials, visit http://www.lafogatatx.com.
