Lassig Wildlife Collection Launches in the US Supporting the Momella Foundation
Chico, California (PRWEB) August 26, 2013 -- Ivy Street Distributing, the exclusive distributor of Lassig products in the United States, announces today the availability of the new Wildlife Collection, the newest line of backpacks, trolley bags, washbags, dish sets, and bibs that all support the Momella Foundations Sparkling Elephant Project.
The Momella Foundation aims to contribute towards the positive development of the Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro regions to enable it to consciously and proudly carry the name Momella which means “shine” or “sparkle” in the local Maasai language. The Sparkling Elephant Project is a conservation project focused on raising the awareness of local endangered wildlife and enhancing the creativity and education of children in Eastern Tanzania.
The new designs feature elephants, lions, tigers, turtles, giraffe, rhino and ostriches in vibrant colors that children enjoy. The bags are all consistent with the Lassig legacy of marrying design and functionality like no other. The bags are made of eco-friendly materials, and are free of PVC, nickel, AZO dyes, cadmium, and phthalates.
