Asheville, NC (PRWEB) January 28, 2015 -- Laura Cohn, senior consultant and facilitator at Giant Leap Consulting is offering a special workshop, “Courageous Leadership for Women” on February 9 at Training magazine’s Training 2015 Conference & Expo in Atlanta, Georgia.
As more women move into leadership roles, they see opportunities to shape the workplace, but capitalizing on them can be daunting. In Cohn’s “Courageous Leadership for Women” session, participants will learn why courage is the premier virtue of leadership; they will walk away understanding how to build people's confidence and courage instead of stoking their fears; and take away tips and strategies for creating a culture of courage and high performance.
“As opportunities for women in the workplace increase, making an impact requires more persistence, more persuasiveness, more leadership – and more courage than ever before,” says Cohn. “In this session, we’ll be offering concrete strategies on how women can become courageous leaders and make a long-term difference in their environment.”
Training 2015 Conference & Expo, the industry's leading train-the-trainer event, is produced by Training magazine, and Lakewood Media Group, LLC. For 38 years, the Training conference has given attendees the very best in skill-building content, covering all aspects of online and instructor-led training.
“Courageous Leadership for Women” will be held from 12:45 p.m. ET – 1:45 p.m. ET in room A410 at the Georgia World Conference Center.
