Laurence J. Cutler Brings Prominent Matrimonial Law Expertise to Mediation.com

Cutler has established himself as an expert on all matters regarding matrimonial and family law, from divorce and separation to mediation and alternate dispute resolution (ADR). Over the course of his career, Mr. Cutler has served as chairman of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and president of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has trained under the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers as a Matrimonial Mediator, and has been an Arbitration trainer. Recognized for his experience, he has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to four committees over the years including the Family Practice Committee. He has been designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Matrimonial Attorney.
Mr. Cutler has been included in the prestigious designation of "The Best Lawyers in America” for many years. He is also listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers and the list of "Best Lawyers in New Jersey" by New Jersey Monthly, as well as the top 100 lawyers (in all disciplines) in the State of New Jersey. He has been included in the list of "Super Lawyers" by New Jersey Monthly Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine. Mr. Cutler has written and taught extensively, most notably as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall Law School, and as co-author of New Jersey Family Law Practice, a multi-volume treatise used by almost all family law judges and lawyers in New Jersey.
