Laurie Lyons Joins U.S. Residential Group as Executive Vice President of Client Services
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) April 20, 2017 -- U.S. Residential Group LLC (“US Residential”), a national full-service, fee-based management company for conventional and affordable multi-housing communities, and a subsidiary of C-III Capital Partners (“C-III”), today announced it has named Laurie Lyons as executive vice president of client services.
A veteran multifamily executive with nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, Lyons will be primarily responsible for growing the company's third-party management portfolio. The company, which is ranked No. 30 on the National Multifamily Housing Council’s recently released listing of the 50 largest apartment managers, currently manages more than 43,000 apartment homes.

Prior to joining US Residential, Lyons, who will be based in Denver, was a partner at Cardinal Group Management. She also co-founded and served as CEO of BH Management Services, which under her leadership grew its management portfolio to 40,000 units across 16 states. While at BH Management, Lyons became the first female CEO on NMHC's annual Top 50 Managers ranking.
