Prior to joining QuisLex, Mr. Klein was a partner with Shearman & Sterling LLP, Paul Hastings LLP and Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a leading expert on the structuring and negotiation of complex intellectual property and technology transactions and has continually been recognized as a leader in the field of technology and IT outsourcing by Chambers USA and Legal 500. Mr. Klein is the author of a well-known treatise on the handling of intellectual property and technology-related agreements in corporate transactions.
