Both Baghdaserians and Marticorena, formerly senior associate attorneys, will take on their new positions as partner immediately. As Partner, Baghdaserians and Marticorena will participate in the management of personnel, development of procedures and policy, and in the development of the firm’s business.

Patrick Baghdaserians, was recently certified as a Family Law Specialist and selected in the 2014 California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. Mr. Baghdaserians handles cases involving extraordinary high-income earners. After graduating from Loyola Marymount University in 2004, he entered Southwestern University School of Law where he received extensive courtroom experience externing for the Honorable Robert M. Takasugi, in the Federal District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Baghdaserians is fluent in Armenian and a proud member of the Pasadena & Beverly Hills Bar Associations.
Casey Marticorena handles various aspects of family law, including child custody disputes, child support, spousal support, division of property and domestic violence. Ms. Marticorena is a Family Law Mediation Panel Volunteer, and Pasadena Bar Association (PBA) Trustee for the 2015 Board.
She attended Southwestern University School of Law where she received a CALI Award for excellence in family law. While at Southwestern, she was an extern for the Target Crimes Division of the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office and a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Judge Amy M. Pellman of the Los Angeles Superior Court, Family Law Division. Prior to Southwestern University, Ms. Marticorena attended the University of California, Irvine and graduated Cum Laude, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Psychology in 2003. Ms. Marticorena also graduated UC Irvine as a member of Phi Beta Kappa, a prestigious national honors society and fluent in Spanish.
In 2014 LODPS celebrated many milestones. Most recently, the firm received Pasadena Magazine’s Top Attorneys Award for 2014, the firm’s 6th consecutive year as awardee, nominated by members of the Bar Association. In August, LODPS raised and presented a $10,470 check to Foothill Unity Center in support of its Mobile Dental Clinic. Finally, in June, the firm announced the selection of Patrick Baghdaserians and associate attorney Nitasha Khanna to the 2014 California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, in which no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive the Rising Star honor.
