Le Duff America, Inc. Selects MonkeyMediaSoftware and the MMS Catering Institute to Grow Off-premise Sales
Vancouver, BC (PRWEB) February 20, 2014 -- Le Duff America, Inc. has selected MonkeyMedia Software™ and the MMS Catering Institute™ to help grow off-premise sales for its Bruegger's Bagels and la Madeleine Country French Café restaurant brands. The two Le Duff America brands have been working with MonkeyMedia Software to strategically define and roll out catering programs at its café bakery restaurants across the country.

La Madeleine is deploying MonkeyCatering and MonkeyOnlineOrdering throughout its system of 63 restaurant locations for both catering and takeout services. To kick off the program, executives from la Madeleine worked with the MMS Catering Institute to develop a restaurant catering strategy, and received certification through education workshops as part of the partnership agreement.
Additionally, Bruegger's Bagels is deploying the MonkeyCatering and MonkeyOnlineOrdering software platforms at its 300-plus restaurant locations. Similarly, company executives attended restaurant catering strategy and education workshops, and received certification through the MMS Catering Institute.
