Azure Services
LEADTOOLS Version 20 includes new libraries to effortlessly create imaging and recognition cloud services that you can consume from your application. These services can easily be deployed to the most popular cloud hosting providers, such as Microsoft Azure. Developers can easily add OCR, Barcode, Passport, Driver's License, and Check recognition, as well as convert over 150 imaging and document file formats to their cloud-based services.
Document Imaging
Recognition technologies always play a huge part in the LEADTOOLS Document Imaging product lines. Version 20 now includes support for CMC-7 MICR font, three.js file format, STL file format, and new high-level functions for reading barcodes on state-issued ID cards. OCR, Forms Recognition, PDF, and Document Conversion technologies gained many speed and memory consumption improvements, in addition to improved accuracy and output file formatting. The Document Web Viewer has been improved with UI enhancements and additional options for loading files.
Medical Imaging
LEADTOOLS Version 20 expands its support for the DICOM Hanging Protocol specifications and now includes linked CINE series, irregular layouts, and improved loading times. Additionally, the Medical Web Viewer includes UI updates along with new options for communicating with 3rd-party sources via WADO and DICOMweb.
