Leaders to Assess Their Strategic vs. Operational Capabilities at CDR's Session in Dallas
Sugar Land, Texas (PRWEB) January 13, 2016 -- CDR Assessment Group, Inc. is hosting a “Leadership Sampler Session” in Dallas on Wednesday morning, February 10th, 2016. According to CDR’s President, Nancy Parsons, “Leaders have a wide variety of inherent strengths. Gaining clarity around one’s own strategic, operational and core leadership capabilities is key to maximize performance for sustainable success. Also, this helps a leader to ensure that their career is on the best path that is congruent with their own unique array of strengths.”
During this two hour Sampler Session, leaders will have their own CDR Leadership Character Assessment report results debriefed in a group setting. This assessment reveals: leader acumen, vocational suitability or “best fit” roles, emotional intelligence, key strengths, and potential gaps or short sides. Additionally, group results for the CDR Leadership Risk and Drivers & Rewards Assessment results will be shared at the session.
For 18 years, CDR has been leading the way with innovative and fresh leadership development solutions for global clients. With CDR’s recent move to Sugar Land, Texas from Tulsa, Oklahoma, CDR is offering these introductory “Leadership Sampler Sessions” for select Texas markets. On November, 6th 2015, a successful Houston session was conducted and here are just a few comments from participants:
