Prior to joining the California Civil Rights Law Group, Noah gained litigation experience as an assistant attorney general for the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General and emergency law clerk for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Noah graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 2015. While there, he served as editor-in-chief of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law, and worked as a bar-certified student attorney litigating civil rights matters at the Institute for Public Representation. He also worked as a law fellow with the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights.
Before law school, Noah worked as a legislative assistant at the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism; his portfolio included LGBT equality and civil liberties. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in American government.
