Leah Graves Joins Veritas Collaborative as Senior Director of Nutrition Services
Durham, NC (PRWEB) May 05, 2016 -- Leah Graves has joined Veritas Collaborative, a specialty hospital system for the treatment of eating disorders, as senior director of nutrition services. With over 30 years of experience in the provision of eating disorders care, Graves is highly respected for her expertise in medical nutrition therapy, nutrition counseling, clinical supervision, and research.

Graves will oversee all dietetic and culinary services for the organization.
Prior to joining Veritas, Graves was the manager of eating disorders nutrition services at Laureate Psychiatric Hospital’s eating disorders program in Tulsa, Oklahoma. During her 26-year career at Laureate, she was responsible for the clinical supervision of the dietetic staff across the complete continuum of care.

Graves attended the University of Oklahoma where she earned a bachelor’s degree in clinical dietetics and is credentialed as a certified eating disorders specialist by the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the North Carolina Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, former president of the Oklahoma Eating Disorders Association, and a founding member of the Academy for Eating Disorders.
