LED Lighting Inc. Participates in the American Lung Association’s Fight for Air Climb: Chicago
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) February 26, 2015 -- LED Lighting Inc. (http://www.ledlightinginc.com), a primary resource for custom illumination solutions, will participate in the American Lung Association’s annual fundraising event—Fight for Air Climb in Chicago, IL, on March 8, 2015.
The American Lung Association’s mission is, “to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease.”
The LED Lighting Inc. team will climb the stairs of the Presidential Towers located in the heart of downtown Chicago. The team will have the option to climb 45 floors, 585 steps of 1,2,3 or all 4 towers, for a total of 2,340 steps.
“My best friend was diagnosed with hypersensitivity pneumonitis, an interstitial lung disease, caused from airborne-mold after Hurricane Sandy,” says William (Bill) Hood. "It’s great to see our team come together and support a cause that is extremely important to me."
An after party will take place immediately following the event at South Branch Tavern and Grille, located at Wacker and Monroe, just three blocks from the Presidential Towers.
The Fight for Air Climb hosts 65 events in prominent skyscrapers, stadiums and arenas nationwide. Participants are challenged to walk, run or race up hundreds of steps in honor of those fighting for air. Last year, Fight for Air Climb raised over $7 million dollars for education, research and advocacy.
